You will never be asked to become more palatable, more polished, more productive - or more like anyone other than yourself.
You will be challenged. You will be questioned. You will be invited to look beneath your roles, expectations, accomplishments and identities you have collected along the way.
But you will never be told who you should become.
I believe the woman who is brave enough to enter this work is not a problem to be solved, a performance to be perfected. She has simply spent too much time playing small. And she is done making herself smaller to fit spaces she has already outgrown.
The space between us is sacred.
Here, there is nothing to perform. Nothing to prove or defend. There is room for the questions you haven’t yet discovered, the truths you haven’t yet spoken, the contradictions you have yet to reconcile and the parts of yourself you have kept quiet to make others more comfortable.
